These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reach Factory LLC website and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Reach Factory LLC provides remote consulting and advisory services to small businesses. Services may include operational assessments, strategy development, and implementation support. We do not sell physical products. All services are provided remotely.
Our services are intended for business owners and authorized representatives. By engaging our services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization.
Reach Factory LLC uses scope-based fixed pricing. Every fee is confirmed before any payment is collected.
The Diagnostic Session is offered on a fixed-fee basis. The fee is set by the scope of the engagement and the lead time requested.
Standard range: $300–$750
The exact price for your session will be shown at the time of booking before checkout, and it is fixed once the session is booked. You will never be charged without seeing and approving the amount first.
If you choose to proceed beyond the Diagnostic:
No implementation work begins without your written approval of the price.

Service fulfillment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
While we strive to provide valuable insights and recommendations, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Business decisions and their implementation remain the responsibility of the client.
Clients agree to:
We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Specific confidentiality terms may be outlined in individual engagement agreements.
Clients retain ownership of their proprietary information and materials. Reach Factory LLC retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, templates, and general know-how. Specific deliverables and their ownership will be addressed in individual engagement agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reach Factory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reach Factory LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Termination terms, including any applicable fees for work completed, will be outlined in individual engagement agreements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
